• Passport issued within the last 10 years, valid 3 months beyond return, with 2 blank pages
• Completed Schengen application form
• 2 recent photos (35 × 45 mm)
• Travel insurance with at least €30,000 medical cover
• Flight reservation
• Hotel bookings for every night
• Day-by-day itinerary and covering letter
• Bank statements for the last 3–6 months
• Income tax returns (last 3 years)
• Employment letter with approved leave, or business proof
• Copies of previous Schengen/US/UK visas

• Visa fees are not refunded if a visa is refused.
• Apply to the country where you spend the most nights.
